These terms govern your use of the Innovationz website at innovationz.us. By using the site you accept them. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement and statement of work; where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes precedence for that engagement.

3. Using this site

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms;

• introduce malware, or interfere with the site's normal operation;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content for commercial reuse without our written permission.

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.

4. Information on this site

Site content is provided for general information. Prices, timelines and figures quoted on the site are indicative only and do not constitute an offer. Nothing here is professional advice for your specific circumstances — a written proposal for your project is. We work to keep content accurate but make no guarantee that it is complete or current at any moment.

5. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting the contact form creates no contract and no obligation on either side. Work begins only once we have issued a written proposal or statement of work and you have accepted it. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics and code of this site are owned by Innovationz or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference; any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our written consent.

For client work, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client on full payment as set out in the relevant engagement agreement — including source code, design files, domains and accounts. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.

7. Third-party links

Where we link to other sites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Innovationz is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability arising from client engagements is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you use the site is the one that applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
