Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Innovationz (“we”, “us”) operates this website. Our registered address is 1309 Coffeen Avenue #1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, contact [email protected].
2. What we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and answer enquiries.
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, and optionally your company, budget range and the message you write.
- Technical information. Our web server records standard access logs — IP address, browser user agent, requested page, and timestamp — as part of normal operation and security monitoring.
- Communications. Emails and messages you send us, retained so we can handle your request and keep a record of our dealings.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and provide services. Basis: performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request before entering one.
- To keep the site secure and working. Basis: our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and diagnosing faults.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations. Basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your details for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site sets one strictly necessary session cookie, used solely to protect the contact form against automated abuse. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser. We do not currently run third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site; if that changes, this policy will be updated and consent requested where the law requires it.
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. See Google's privacy policy for how they handle it.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate — our web host, email provider, and similar — and only as far as needed to deliver their service. They act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality. We may also disclose data where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and stored in the US. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to clients are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by tax and accounting law. Server access logs are rotated regularly.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. California residents additionally have the right to know what is collected and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — we do neither.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry data is limited to team members who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top reflects the current version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
